DESIGN STATEMENT:

With a stylish yet friendly and welcoming atmosphere in mind, the office for Total Fitouts Parramatta will seek to embody the businesses core beliefs; Precision, Accountability and Communication.  The team specialises in commercial fit outs and the space will therefore be a  place for them to showcase their work and inspire future clients. Located in an office building and comprising of approximately 94sqm, the space will be divided into employee areas, client facing areas and multipurpose areas.

For the team, a large open workstation space will be connected to the utilities/storage space and kitchen. New cabinetry and dishwasher space will be provided for. The utilities will be reorganised for easy assembly of site packs and access to necessary office supplies. A private main office and shared staff lounge room surrounded by glass walls will create a soft division within an otherwise open design.

The multi-functional meeting room will serve as both a collaborative space for the team and for client presentations. Glass boards used during team meetings can be hidden away by luxurious curtains and new cabinetry will be used to showcase a range of material options during presentations.

Overall, the office will take on a modern industrial aesthetic with hard terrazzo and glass 

contrasted with soft fabrics and textural wood panelling. Indoor plants, bright signage and brass finishes will add a pop of interest throughout the office.
